Strawberry Sorbet

Well we were lucky enough to have wonderful weather for the 4th but now the 100 degree days are setting in. Each afternoon we try to come up with indoor activities to help beat the heat. Today we made Strawberry Sorbet with our ice-cream maker. We used the recipe from this great cookbook.
