Happy One Week Birthday Scarlet
Happy Birthday to Scarlet. Well it has been one week since little Coco joined us and we can't believe how fast it has gone by. Thanks to a ton of help from family and friends our transition has been going very well. Lucky for us Coco still likes to sleep a lot and seems to so far have a pretty mild temperment -ya! Abi loves being a big sister but now hates taking naps and going to bed at night. We want to thank everyone for all of your love and support and we can't wait for you all to meet baby Coco/Scarlet.

Welcome Scarlet Coco Russell
Well she finally made it and we have decided on a name too ------ Scarlet Coco Russell. On Saturday October 15th Chelsea went into the hospital to be induced. After about 5 hours of slow induction they finally broke her bag of water. It only took about 25 minutes of pushing and our baby girl arrived. Much to our suprise she weighed a whopping 8 lbs 8 oz - Ouch! Everyone is healthy happy and tired. We all made it home Sunday evening and we are beginning the transition into our new lives. Scarlet has the cutest chubby cheeks and is proving to be a big eater. We will keep adding pictures so please stop by the blog often for updates!

WHERE IS THAT BABY????
Well much to my disbelief the Russell Baby is now almost a week late!!! Papa D and Grandma Murray were kind enough to come out and watch Abi while Lindsay and I went to the hospital. So far Papa D has already had to leave to go back home and Murray has to keep changing her plane ticket. If I don't go into labor by today (Saturday October 15) then my doctor will be inducing me tomorrow morning. So hopefully by Monday we will have our new arrival. In the meantime we have been having a great time with Lindsay off work and the Russells in town.
